* Orange labels are more expensive or difficult to find books
** Items on loan may be renewed, unless they have been requested by another borrower, by paying additional rental fee (2 x rental fee => 2 x 14 day loan period). To renew materials, patrons can bring the items, in person, to the circulation desk before the due date.
Membership application
Application form can be picked up in person from our information desk. Please fill in the form and also submit:
- a photocopy of your valid ID (KTP, SIM, KTM or kartu pelajar)
- a 2×3 photo
- Membership fee (Rp. 50.000/annum) for member A, plus an additional Rp.50.000-deposit for member B
Membership card must be submitted to use C2O facilities. Membership is valid for 12 months and is not transferable. Please inform C2O if you lose your card. More info, email us at: info@c2o-library.net
