'Europe on Screen'


October 30th to November 29th 2009





The European Film Festival (EFF), 'Europe on Screen' was held for the first time in 2003 by the European cultural institutions in Indonesia. The success of this festival led to its integration into the Jakarta International Film Festival in 2004. This co-operation continued until 2006.





Since 2007, the European Film Festival become an independent event. By its independence, the EFF is seeking to become a recognised part of the cultural events calendar of Indonesia.





In 2009 the festival will be devoted to the theme of 'Faces of Europe'.
